Toner & Supplies

Toner, Drums and Copier Supplies

We supply genuine and compatible toner, drum units, developer, waste containers, maintenance kits and finisher staples for every brand we service. On any service contract, toner ships automatically off the meter and is never billed separately.

Automatic toner delivery

Networked machines under a service agreement report their supply levels and page counts to us directly. When a cartridge approaches empty, a replacement ships. Nobody has to notice a low-toner warning, open a supply cabinet, or raise a purchase order. This is included in cost-per-page and fixed monthly agreements at no additional charge.

Ordering off contract

If you do not have a service agreement with us, you can still buy supplies. We stock consumables for Ricoh, Kyocera, Xerox, Canon, Sharp, Konica Minolta, HP and Brother. Send the model and the part number, or just the model and what you need, and stocked items ship the same day.

Genuine versus compatible toner

Genuine manufacturer toner is formulated for the specific fuser temperature and drum coating in your machine. Compatible toner costs less and is fine in many low-volume devices, but in a high-volume colour machine it is a common cause of streaking, poor colour consistency and premature drum wear — and using it can affect warranty and service coverage.

Our position: genuine toner in any machine under a cost-per-page agreement, because we are carrying the repair risk. Compatible is your call on machines you own outright and cover yourself. Our guide to genuine and compatible toner sets out where the difference actually shows.

What else wears out

Toner is the consumable everyone tracks. The others matter as much: drum units, developer, transfer belts, fuser units, waste toner containers, feed and separation rollers, and staple cartridges for the finisher. On a contract plan every one of these is included. Off contract, we will tell you which are due based on your meter reading.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is toner included in a copier service contract?

On cost-per-page and fixed monthly agreements, yes — all toner is included and shipped automatically based on meter readings. Time-and-materials customers buy toner separately.

Can I buy toner from you without a service contract?

Yes. Send the machine model and the supply you need. Stocked items for the major brands ship the same business day.

Does compatible toner void a copier warranty?

It does not automatically void the manufacturer warranty, but damage traced to a non-genuine consumable is typically excluded from both warranty and service coverage. In a high-volume colour machine the savings rarely outweigh the risk.

How do I find the right toner for my copier?

The part number is printed on the cartridge you are replacing and inside the front door of most machines. If you cannot find it, send us the model name and we will identify the correct supply.

How long does a toner cartridge last?

Yields are quoted at 5 percent page coverage. A cartridge rated for 20,000 pages will deliver far fewer on graphics-heavy output and more on plain text. Every product page in our catalog lists the rated yield for that machine.

Order supplies or set up automatic delivery

Send the model and what you need. If you would rather never think about it again, ask about a cost-per-page agreement with automatic toner shipment.
