What we collect

When you submit a quote request, a service request or a newsletter signup, we collect the information you type into that form: your name, company, email address, telephone number, location and whatever you tell us about your requirements.

Our web host records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quote, to schedule service, and to send the quarterly update if you asked for it. That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent or trade contact information to third parties.

Who we share it with

Only where it is necessary to do the thing you asked for: a leasing company processing a credit application you submitted, a manufacturer arranging a warranty claim, or a service partner attending your site. Each receives the minimum needed.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Embedded Google Maps frames on our about and contact pages are served by Google and may set their own cookies under Google's policies.

Retention

Quote and service records are kept for as long as we have an active relationship plus the period required for tax and warranty purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
