Use of this site
This website is provided for informational purposes to businesses considering the purchase, lease, rental or servicing of office equipment. By using it you agree to these terms.
Pricing and availability
Prices shown are starting points for planning and are not offers capable of acceptance. Final pricing depends on configuration, finishing options, service plan, lease terms, credit approval and delivery location, and is confirmed only in a written quotation signed by JR Copier. Availability changes daily and stock is not reserved by browsing.
Product information
Specifications are compiled from manufacturer data and are believed accurate at the time of publication. Manufacturers revise specifications without notice. Where a specification is material to your decision, confirm it in writing with us before ordering.
Quotations
Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Lease payments quoted are estimates subject to credit approval and to the rate factors in effect at the time of documentation.
Warranty and returns
New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, typically one year parts and labor. Refurbished equipment carries a 90-day parts and labor warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unmodified equipment, subject to a 15 percent restocking fee and return freight at the customer's expense. Consumables are non-returnable once opened.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JR Copier is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of this website or from equipment supplied, except as expressly set out in a signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
