Every refurbished machine we sell is stripped, cleaned, re-drummed, fitted with new feed rollers and developer, updated to current firmware and print-tested before it ships. It carries a 90-day parts and labor warranty and qualifies for the same service agreements as new equipment.

The word refurbished is unregulated, so ask any dealer what was actually done. Ours are torn down and cleaned assembly by assembly, fitted with new feed and separation rollers, new developer and a new drum unit, updated to current firmware, reset to factory configuration and print-tested across at least two hundred pages before shipping.
